Few months ago has been delivered to Depositi Fiduciari Spa (Italy) an Ecofard 45V-DS. This is a Tray Former and Loader able to produce cans into trays in double layer then shrink-wrapped. The system works with a conveyor belt moving up and down: the first tray is released on a dead plate, placed on top a the following conveyor belt, where a bars conveyor will push it, perfectly synchronized, on top of the bottom tray continuously. The up and down movements of the belt are controlled by a motor-reducer so that it is possible to control the acceleration and deceleration simply with an inverter.
