Blow Fill Cap
Mesin ini dirancang untuk membuat botol, mengisi dan menutup botol tersebut dalam satu blok mesin, sering disebut monoblock blow fill cap. Mesin ini menjamin efisiensi dan keamanan yang tinggi, dengan ruang produksi yang lebih kecil, dengan kapasitas produksi mulai dari 12.000 botol per jam hingga 48.000 botol per jam.
Proses produksi dengan mesin Blow Fill ini dimulai dari preform PET yang dikirimkan ke pemanas, kemudian dalam suhu dan waktu yang tepat, prefor dikirimkan ke cetakan (mold) untuk ditiup (blow) menjadi botol. Botol yang sudah terbentuk langsung dikirimkan ke area pengisian dan ditutup. Semua proses ini ada pada satu mesin dengan kondisi yang higienis.
