Sleeve label Machine / Shrink Label Inserting

Mesin Sleeve Label Inserting ini dirancang untuk mengaplikasikan label berupa selongsong / Sleeve, yang dapat menyusut (Shrink label) ke wadah baik untuk tutup (tamper evidence) dan/atau body label dengan label PET, PVC, dan OPS.

Mesin yang juga disebut Label Inserting Machine atau Shrink Label Machine, dengan beberapa model sesuai dengan kecepatan 100 ~ 800 BPM.

Alur Kerja Sleeve Label :

Produk (penataan botol) → pengangkutan sabuk konveyor  →  pemisahan botol, mekanisme botol pada saat yang sama dipisahkan dan kontrol posisi → deteksi produk dengan sensor → selongsong mekanisme label menerima sinyal sensor untuk memotong sesuai ukuran atau tanda )(eye mark) → label dengan cepat diposisikan dan dikirim ke produk untuk menutupi bagian badan botol yang ditentukan → koreksi posisi label → penyusutan panas.

Komponen mesin Sleeve Label

  1. Feeding conveyor : komponen pengangkut rantai conveyor.
  2. Roller bahan label.
  3. Sleeve komponen: sistem pengumpanan standar, mandril pemotong, mekanisme  label dan mekanisme pendorong label.
  4. Mekanisme panduan posisi selongsong label: membuat label terpasang dengan tepat dan didorong ke posisi yang ditentukan
  5. Bagian kontrol listrik: terdiri dari PLC, sensor dan komponen listrik lainnya, perangkat lunak antarmuka HMI layar sentuh.

5. All spare parts including the base cabinet, conveyor belt, stop rod to small screws are all made of stainless steel and aluminum profile materials, which will never rust and be disturbed by pollution to ensure that they meet GMP environmental requirements.

6. After replacement, the product can be produced as long as the center guide column of the corresponding product is replaced for simple debugging.
