High Speed Wrap Around Shrink Wrap Machine – Combi

The BM-bet System® is a Baumer patented solution at the the heart of the Baumer Combi. This automated conveyor makes it possible to switch between case packer and shrink wrapping functions in a few moments, automatically, thanks to the pressure on the operator panel. This system allows bulk and multipack products to be processed and provides incredible production flexibility, allowing you to work in: Film Only, Tray+Film, Pad+Film and Wrap-Around with one machine

The Infeed of the Baumer Combi can be in line or with the innovative 90° System that thanks to the elimination of the classic Divider can reduce the size of the machine and is capable of working with any type of product.

Carton magazine

Positioned to the side and at an ideal height to allow the operator to work without uncomfortable and effortless operations.
 High production autonomy and possibility to process cartons of different thicknesses.

For high-performance machines such as the Compatta and SF Superfast, Baumer case packers are equipped with a 3-arm carton picking system capable of reaching speeds of up to 100 packs per minute and able to work with any type of carton.

Automatic Reel Changeover System®

The Automatic Reel Change System® is a patented Baumer system that guarantees true No-Stop production. In fact, this system automatically allows the machine to switch from one finished reel of film to a new one, without slowing down, welding or intervention by the ‘operator.

• The machine automatically changes the reel, after the film has been used to the end, thus eliminating any film waste that is usually generated using any other standard system on the market
• The unwinding system allows a 7% reduction in film thickness due to the absence of dancer rollers.
• This system operates without sealing, offering absolute reliability, accuracy and no package rejection.

GreenTech® System

In these days when energy consumption is one of the most important items in terms of production costs, the Green Tech Tunnel™ is an increasingly popular solution on Baumer Shrinkwrappers and Combi Shrinkwrappers.

The GreenTech Tunnel® provides a reduction of more than 20 % in energy consumption compared to older generation tunnels thanks to an innovative heating system.

The Greentech Tunnel was born from years of studies and research and development. The ‘implementation of several technical/structural improvements

allowed to improve several points present on the old generation tunnels.

Last but not least, the addition of multi-sided tunnel temperature control makes it possible to achieve homogeneous shrinking even with ultra-thin films from 30 to 80 microns, making it possible to save not only on ‘electrical energy but also on the consumption of plastic material.
